Browse Source 
- DateTimeCore:
  - Added new functions Get/SetDateTime() for combined date & time get/set
  - Added LocalTime param to ReadDate/Time() and BuildDate/TimeStr()
    - Allow input time to interpretted as ether UTC or local time
- DeviceCore:
  - Added SourceRef to HandleCommand()
