Important Update:

- FunctionCore/SelectableCore/FileCore/DeviceCore:
  - Remove InputChannels
    - Only OutputChannels -> LinkedChannels
    - Remove PullInput/Output() methods
    - Remove StoredOutput
  - Add References to channels and linked channels
    - Send SourceRef with output
    - Receive TargetRef with input
    - Filter output channels based on TargetRef
