Resolve fix:

- CancelResolv(): Standard function to cancel name resolve requests
  - Allow Resolv request to complete if not cancelled
  - Clear memory if resolve request cancelled
- getaddrinfo_a(): still leaks if thread not closed
Other:
- Code clean up
